Luca Shakison (1996) is a director whose attention to detail evokes universal feelings.
Shakison uses visual metaphors to convey universal emotions and messages, often enhanced by music and vice versa. His heavily stylized and detailed work is made close to his subjects, allowing Shakison to capture the essence, no matter the topic.
After starting as a director in 2012, making Papa Ghana’s DVMSKO video at just 16 years old, Shakison has been steadily building a body of work spanning documentaries, short films, commercials and music videos. As such, he has worked with SMIB, Mula B, Top Notch, Dekmantel, and Dopper, all met with his distinctive eye and vision.
